Limited access to full length shows (primarily the last week's) are available at CBS Innertube (http://www.cbs.com/video/). On rare occasions, full-length episodes appear on AOL Video (http://video.aol.com/) or Googlve Video (http://video.google.com/).

Since you are referring to a recent show, I'd look at Innertube first.
